These districts are similar to Irrigation Districts in method of creation and organization.  The Lower Snake Aquifer Recharge District (lsrard) was established by Order on November 27, 1981. The boundary was described in the Proposed Order dated November 9, 1981 and adopted in the Order dated November 27, 1981<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>",
