Service Description: <div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><p><span>This dataset consists of model cells through which discharge from the ESPA can be simulated. Water can only discharge from these cells when the aquifer level reaches a specified elevation. Water can never flow into the aquifer model through a spring cell.</span></p><p><span>The Eastern Snake Plain Aquifer (ESPA) model is used for water management decisions, including conjunctive administration of surface and ground water. </span></p></div></div></div>
