Service Description: This layer contains unique locations for points of interest to business processes at IDWR. This includes points of diversion (POD), wells, dams, measurement and gaging locations, and other business processes. A SpatialDataID is assigned to each unique location, and distributed to the business tables of each feature at that location. In this way, a well, that is a POD, that is measured, or has measurement data, can be correlated together using the same SpatialDataID within each business process. Data about the method, date and business process that collected the location originally are in the attribute table.
