Description: The Eastern Snake comprehensive Aquifer Management Plan boundary is equivalent to Area of Common Ground Water Supply prior to July 1, 2024. The area of common ground water supply as defined in, and applied in the scope of Section 37.03.11 Rules for Conjunctive Management of Surface and Ground Water Resources (https://adminrules.idaho.gov/rules/2011/37/0311.pdf) administrative rule. Rule 50 inside 37.03.11 lays out the areas determined to have common ground water supply as follows: Eastern Snake Plain Aquifer.
