Service Description: This group  layer represents the water rights – the right to divert water from surface water sources or pump from groundwater – as administered by the Idaho Department of Water Resources. A water right is authorization to use water in a prescribed manner, not to own the water itself. Each layer represents features grouped by adjudication stage, type and location from which the water is withdrawn and where it is used.
